we chose this accommodation for its outstanding value. we had a very relaxing stay in york so close to a beautiful area, the grocery store and a taxi. its location was marvellous and peaceful, 5 minutes drive from chapel anglican church. food for breakfast was fabulous.

I had a fantastic stay at One, The Carriage House in York. The hosts Jackie went above and beyond to accommodate us after a flood at the apartment. They found us alternative accommodation, although it did not meet our expectations due to cleaning and hot water issues. However, we were grateful for their efforts in finding us somewhere to sleep for the night. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen had all the essentials and even a dishwasher. The large dining table allowed us to eat together, and we appreciated the breakfast provisions that were provided. The nearby pub served great food, and we enjoyed exploring York.
